Pathfinder - Garhan and Calanthe Reference

I really wanted to draw these two properly! 83
Yeaaaaah, a new Pathfinder character! I was invited to an online Pathfinder campaign, and though we haven't played a lot yet, it's been real swell. 83
This is my character, a Tiefling Witch called Garhan! And his familiar, Calanthe the Goat! I love them already. 'w'
Multifunctional staff works as a quarterstaff and a herder's staff!

[N]ame: Garhan Ghaidos.
[A]ge: 17 years old. [Tieflings age a bit faster than normal humans.]
[R]ace: Tiefling.
[G]ender: Male.
[H]eight: 180 cm / 6''
[O]ccupation: Witch; goatherder; amateur shoemaker.
[S]pecial Powers: Can see in the dark, can use a spell-like ability Darkness which dims the lights on specific areas, and he's resistant to cold, fire and electricity, all thanks to his race. Also, he's a witch, and can use several magical spells, which his familiar, Calanthe the goat, knows and tells him.
[I]nterests: Animals [especially goats], learning more magic, seeing new places, adventuring, growing a beard.
[P]ersonality: Garhan is a nice young man who, though fairly friendly, doesn't really trust new people with his life right away and is more comfortable around animals than humanoids. He is really enthusiastic and energetic, though, and learns to trust others pretty fast, though it would take long for him to actually call others "friends".
[S]tory: Though he appears mostly human, instead of feet, his ankles end in cloven hooves, which he usually tries to cover with self-made shoes. He's also got really tiny horns and short tail, which are usually covered by his clothes and hair. He tries really hard to grow a beard, but hasn't seemed to have any luck yet...
A Tiefling orphan from rural area, he spent his early childhood living in different families, though none of the village people ultimately really wanted the strange orphan as their own, so as soon as he was able to survive without immidiate help from others, he was made the village goatherder, herding all the village goats and occassionally given shelter or food as a reward. He spent quite some time like this until he came across an odd goat that didn't belong in the herd. Much to his surprise, he was able to talk to the goat. A talking goat, this seems scary and demonic? No, it seemed amazing and exciting to Garhan. The goat, which he named Calanthe, thought him magical spells, and thus the goatherder became a Witch.

[A]ge: Unknown, probably around 8 years.
[R]ace: Goat.
[G]ender: Female.
[H]eight: 82 cm at shoulder height.
[O]ccupation: A witch's familiar.
[S]pecial Powers: Knows and "stores" her masters spells and can commune with him.
[I]nterests: Seeing Garhan grow as a Witch, eating, drinking [alcohol].
[P]ersonality: Grumpy and pretty stubborn, to the rest of the world she just appears as a stubborn goat following our young Tiefling hero around, but to Garhan she often gives friendly life advice... Or rather, sarcastic or even down-right mean remarks. But she is a good mentor, really, if you can find the constructive critique somewhere. She's really hard to befriend, unless you give her a drink. She doesn't like to be around carnivores.
[S]tory: She ran into Garhan one day, or rather, seeked him out, and became his familiar. It is still unknown where she came from and if she's been anyone else's familiar before. She's a mysterious goat.
