For the 50 Mythological Creatures Challenge, it's the allmighty rooster horse..! A.k.a. hippalectryon.

Hippalectryon, a creature with the head and foreparts of a horse and hindparts, tail and wings of a rooster.
Somehow, the colors I picked for this guy make him look like an indian. At least to me. Loooool.

Okay, the guy in the picture... He's a hippalectryon called Odo. He has obviously mistaken himself for a pterippos, or something, because he has always dreamt of flying. He thinks, he's part bird, so he should be able to fly. Odo doesn't realise that roosters don't fly.
Usually he's only jumped off small cliffs or something but... But now... Poor Odo is gonna get soaking wet in the ocean. 8'<
